How to add new sap system in SAPLogonGui.

SAP Logon is a part of the SAP GUI (Graphical User Interface) for Windows. It is used to access SAP systems. The SAP Logon application simplifies the process of connecting to various SAP environments by allowing users to maintain a list of SAP servers and quickly connect to them.

Download the SAP GUI for Windows installation package from the SAP Service Marketplace or your organization's internal software repository.

After successfully installing new sap system and installing SAPlogonGui, we have to add new connection
to access SAP in SAP Logon.

First do check Ip address of Windows/Linux server where sap is installed on it.
Open command prompt through windows + R key then type cmd and enter.

type ipconfig in command prompt you will get ip address of the system.
Here my system has 192.168.61.100 ip address.

Now open SAP Logon Pad.
Here I'm using SAP LOGON 770 final version for Windows.
Click on Create new Connection icon above red arrow.

Click on Next.

Here enter Description of your choice, ip address or Hostname as application server, Instance number and SID.
remember you can use hostname when you have assigned the Ip address with hostname in host file.
you have given to SAP Application.

Here I'm using SAP R3 system, application server as IP  192.168.61.100, Instance number 00 and SID DEV.
After entering click on finish.
