When we talk about "SAP user lock" (ULOCK), it means that someone's access to the SAP system has been temporarily stopped. This usually happens for security reasons, like entering the wrong password too many times or as a precaution if there's suspicious activity.
When a user is locked, they can't log log into SAP until an administrator unlocks their account. This keeps the system safe from unauthorized access.
To fix it, an admin needs to reset the password or clear the lock status. Users are usually notified when this happens so they know what's going on.
Goto user administration via tcode SU01.
After opening user administration enter username, here i am using arbazali as username.
Click on lock icon to Lock/Unlock the user.
Click on lock icon to lock the user.
