SAP mass user Administration

In SAP, managing users is a critical aspect of system administration. When dealing with mass user operations, such as creating, updating, or deleting multiple users at once, SAP provides several tools and methods to efficiently handle these tasks. Here’s a detailed overview of how you can perform mass user management in SAP.

Go to tcode SU10 and enter.

now  mass user administration is opened. here you can create, delete, edit log multiple user at a time.

click on user text field to enter the user's name.

Here I have entered my users name alisap1 to alisap5.

Click on create Icon to create 5 users, alisap1,2,3,4,5.

Now Click on save icon.

Click on yes to save the users.

click on with log. choosing with log will generated password for all 5 users.

Click on green tick icon.

Click on above red arrow icon to show passwords.

Now you have got password for all users which is initial password.

you can save this log file to know the passwords.

click on green icon to go back to user administration.
